Delivery
We endeavour to send items within 10 working days upon receipt of payment. If for any reason delivery will take longer than this we will notify you by phone or email.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with anything purchased from cottontops.co.uk simply contact us and return it.
• Please make contact with cottontops.co.uk before returning the goods.
• Goods may be returned for a full refund within seven days of receipt, for whatever reason.
• Garments must be unworn and undamaged. All goods returned to CottonTops to be in their original condition, including any tagging in/on the merchandise.
• The goods are the responsibility of the customer until such time as they are received by CottonTops.co.uk and must be packed in such a way as to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
• The customer is required to pay for the return parcel, which is non-refundable. All goods must be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery in order obtain a refund or exchange.
• Returns must be received by Cotton Tops.co.uk within 14 days.

Cancellation
Unless the law permits otherwise, we will give you the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason.
